Italian Scramble: 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, peppers, garlic, kale, onions and jack cheese/14

Parisian Omelet: 3 egg omelet filled with wild mushrooms, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and goat cheese/14

Pepperoma: A 3 egg omelet filled with our famous cheese stuffed poblano peppers wrapped in black forest ham/14

Farmer’s Omelet: A 3 egg omelet with bacon, onions, potatoes and jack cheese. Topped with sausage gravy/14

Oeufs Plat Benedict: 2 eggs layered with black forest ham and Gruyère then baked. Served over an english muffin smothered with hollandaise. Served with potatoes/14

Wild Salmon Benedict: 2 poached eggs on a fillet of grilled wild Alaskan salmon and topped with our special home-made hollandaise sauce. Served with potatoes/16

Wild Crab Hash: Potatoes sautéed with wild crab, red bell peppers, fresh herbs, and spinach. Topped with hollandaise and two poached eggs/17

Yogurt Parfait: Greek yogurt with honey, fruit, walnuts and granola/12 Biscuits with Gravy: We make our own biscuits and our own Italian sausage-wild mushroom gravy. Topped with two eggs any style and served with potatoes/14

Dutch Babies: For those of you craving pancakes. A Light and fluffy pancake baked in a cast iron pan and traditionally served with fresh lemon and powdered sugar. For the winter we are serving them with apples glazed with house made hot buttered rum. Please allow for extra time. These lovelies take 15 minutes in the oven!/12

Our Famous Crème Brûlée French Toast: 3 slices of country French bread soaked in a delicate Grand Marnier infused custard & baked to form a golden-brown caramelized crust. Served with whipped honey butter/13

Croque Madame or Monsieur: Ham and gruyère are broiled to a golden bubbly perfection in this classic French sandwich, then topped with a delicately fried egg. Or, try the Monsieur without an egg. Served with roasted potatoes/16
